General
Our general sales conditions have priority on any conditions set by our customers which have not been accepted in writing.
Prices
If not stated elsewhere, our prices are in CHF, net, without taxes or discounts. Prices can be changed anytime without prior notice. Prices valid at date of shipment shall be applicable. Purchase orders
For all purchase orders with net amounts without taxes below CHF 100.00 a supplement for administration of CHF 10.00 shall be added. Delivery and transfer of risks
If not agreed separately all our shipments are delivered ex works. Our goods travel at risk of the consignee. Shipment
We shall do our best to deliver the goods at the dates stated in our order confirmation and we shall try to inform you about any delay. We can not accept any claims for delayed deliveries. | | Payment conditions
If not agreed differently our invoices are payable at 30 days from the date of issue, net. Property of the goods
Up to final settlement of the invoices the goods shall remain our property. Returned goods
We can only accept the return of goods if we have agreed to such shipment in advance. All goods will be tested and we shall credit up to 80% of the selling price. Products which can not be resold, which have been purchased specially from the manufacturer or which value is below CHF 50.00 will not be accepted for credit. For all returns a copy of the invoice or the delivery note has to be included. Warranty
The warranty extends for 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery for any malfunction. Xenon strobes and bulbs are excluded. Any repair by third parties will automatically withdraw any warranty. General sales conditions (15kb, pdf) |
