General
Our general sales conditions have priority on any conditions set by the customer which have not been explicitly and formally accepted in writing.

 

All offers on our website and in the online shop are nonbinding. A sales contract only comes into existence after the receipt of an order confirmation in written form.

Prices
If not stated elsewhere, our prices are ex works, exclusive of packing and shipment, including currently applicable VAT. Prices can be changed anytime without prior notice. Prices valid at date of shipment be applicable.

 

Purchase orders
For all purchase orders of a net value less than CHF 100.00 an administration fee of CHF 10.00 will be added.

 

Payment conditions
If not agreed differently our invoices are payable at 30 days from the date of issue, net and free of costs.

 

Delivery
If not agreed separately all our shipments are delivered ex works (EXW Incoterms 2010).

Date of delivery 
The dates of delivery are planned values and cannot be guaranteed. Any claims for late delivery are excluded.

 

Property of goods 
The goods shall remain our property up to final settlement of the invoices.

 

Return goods 
We can only accept the return of goods if we have agreed to such shipment in advance. The amount of the credit note will be fixed after the returned goods have been inspected. Products which cannot be considered to be new, which have been purchased to order, which have been manufactured or modified to customer specifications or which value is below CHF 50.00 will not be accepted for return. For all returns a copy of the invoice or the delivery note has to be included.

 

Warranty 
The warranty extends for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery for any malfunctions or faulty material. All light sources like LED’s, xenon strobes or filament bulbs are excluded. Any repair by third parties will automatically withdraw any warranty. Further claims for transport, route, work or material expenses or additional compensation of any kind are excluded.

 

The legal place is CH-4712 Laupersdorf. Swiss law is applicable.
